NATIONAL BANK DIVIDEND
The general manager of the National Bank of New Zealand,. Ltd., has received ;the following cable from his London office: —The board of directors order payment of an interim dividend for the half-year ended September 30 last at the rate:.of.,4 per cent, per annum, free of tax, payable in New Zealand on January 4, 1938. v This distribution is equivalent to £4 18s 10ri per cent, per annum in New Zealand currency.
The dividend is the same as that of last year. The register of shareholders will be closed on December 9 for the purpose of the half-yearly interim dividend.
