SEEK PEACE TERMS
ITALIAN ADVICE TO CHINA
MILAN, December I. Signor Mussolini's newspaper, "Popolo d'ltalia," in an article believed to have been written by the Duce himself, advises China to seek peace terms from Japan as soon as possible. "Japan's terms may be less hard than China thinks," the article adds. "One thing is certain: Japan is changing the map of the Far East, and those who think differently are putting their money on the wrong horse."
