WILLIE WIN BACK HOME
Mr. and Mrs. J. Campbell arrived home from Melbourne last Saturday, says a Riccarton report. Willie Win looks in great order. Though he did not win a race, he earned nearly £2400 in place money, mainly as a result of his second to The Trump in the Melbourne Cup.
The weights for the Auckland Cup are being awaited with interest and probably that will be the next engagement of Willie Win. His mate in the Australian trip, Silver Step, did . not start in Australia* owing to a slight mishap, but probably he will be racing again later in the- season..
