MR. RAMSAY MACDONALD'S DEATH

BERMUDA, November 15. Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald's body was taken ashore.

It is learned that there 'was no sign of illness until he complained of pains in the chest after lunch on November 9. The ship's doctor treated him for indigestion and prescribed a rest.

Mr. Mac Donald appeared to recover and later walked on deck. The doctor was summoned to his cabin at 6.30 p.m. and found Mr. Mac Donald fighting for breath. Oxygen proved of no avail, and he died at 7.45 p.m.
