The Duchess of Kent finds that her young son is already beginning to take an active interest in things, writes Marianne Mayfayre in the "Daily Telegraph." ■ At the-moment one of the surest ways to make him happy is io tell him about his big-boy cousin, Prince Alexander, who has just been entered at Eton. ,
The little Prince is very eager to win his cousin's good opinion, and is looking forward to the time when "Alex" will come to his home on holiday visits. His aunt, Princess Olga, is a great favourite with Prince Edward. She has discarded "baby talk" when dealing with him.
The Duchess of Kent much enjoyed her sister's brief visit, and has promised to keep an eye on the young Prince at Eton.i
To clean ivory ornaments wash them with a small brush in soap and water, then place them wet in the sun. Wash a second time and they -will become white.
