PERTH, This Day. The appeal, of J. J. Kelly,, a leading Western Australian trainer, against the twelve months' disqualification imposed by the Belmont Racing Club has been upheld, but the appeal of the jockey, W. Dillon, was dismissed. .

It was following upon an inquiry into the running of the gelding Hybia in the Belmont Stakes at the Belmont races on Saturday that the disqualifications were imposed.
