TOKIO, November 15.

The Domei'news agency reports that Gisuke Ayukawa, the president of the Japan Industrial Company, controlling the development of Manchukuo heavy industries, has brought from there plans for a huge holding company to have a capital of £175,000,000. One-third js to be advanced by Japan, one-third by an American syndicate including a "certain financial organisation," ,and one-third by Standard Oil, Ford, and General Motors. Sixty milr lions are to be devoted to the iron industries, a similar sum to aircraft and motor industries, and. £30,00.0,000 to the light metals industries.
