A beer party on his own on a country road on Sunday led to Neil MacPherson, aged 45, farm labourer, appearing before Mr. H. Morgan/ S.M., at the Police Court this morning to answer a • charge . of- rbeing intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car. Ha ws» fined £15 and his driver's licence was ; cancelled till January 1, 1939.
