For drunkenness and casting offensive matter in a public place, Alexander Mackay, a seaman, aged 45, appeared before Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. " He was fined 5s on the first charge and 30s, in default three days' imprisonment on the second.
