IDENTITY ESTABLISHED

DUNEDIN, This Day.
That the victim of/a motor accident at the Waitahuna bridge on Sunday was Victor Emmett Buckley, who had been living under the assumed name of Victor Gray, was revealed when ah inquiry into the fatality was opened at Balclutha yesterday. Buckley was killed. and two other men injured when a ftve-seater car catapulted into the Waitahuna creek, on the road between Greenfield and Balclutha. It is understood that his parents are living in Christchurch.
Buckley's identity was revealed at the inquest by an insurance agent, who said that when taking. out a policy the deceased said that Gray was ah assumed name. He had run away from' home • and did not want his parents to know where he was till he reached 21. He gave his age as 18. The inquest was adjourned,
