BUTTER BOX RESERVE
SUPPLY FROM SWEDEN

WHANGAKEI, This Day.
Steps taken to build up a reserve of butter boxes so that no shortage would face the industry in" the event of a hold:up of supplies, were described by Mr.\A. J. Murdoch, chairman of the Dairy Board, at the ward conference at Whangarci today. He said that the Minister had authorised the board to import up to 750,000 Swedish boxe3, and the first of an order for 500,000 would arrive at Auckland on November 15. The next move.would be to endeavour, to obtain sanction for the" export of butter ; in foreign boxes, which under, the existing regulation is forbidden.:
