It is understood that last night's "black-out" of over 400 square miles of the Nore Command area ■in connection with full-scale rehearsals of the anti-aircraft defence measures, involving all the Medway towns and the co-operation of public services with the Army, the Territorials, and the Navy and. the newly-enlisted, air-raid precautipns personnels, was a complete success.
