CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS
Miss S. Collins, prominent recently in tournament play, won yesterday the senior championship of the Wellington Ladies' Golf Club from Miss Blakely by 5 and 3. Miss Collins played excellent golf, and the success capped a season in which she has played exceptionally well. ■■„*■■■ In other events, Mrs. Hunter won the junior championship by defeating Mrs.S. Patterson, 3 and 2; and Mrs. Reid won the C grade by defeating Miss M. Allan. 5, and 3. .' ■ In a fourball bogey competition. Mrs. Welton-Hogg and Mrs. Treadwell returned a card of 7 up. other good scores, being Miss Ludbrook and Mrs. Weston and Misses ,F. Parker, and Peacock, each 5 up.
