DIVORCE CASE DECISION

The verdict that adultery had been committed by, the respondent and corespondent was returned by the jury yesterday in the . petition '. of John Shorthouse Russell, labourer, Wellington, for dissolution of his marriage with /Elizabeth Russell, on the grounds of alleged adultery with Arthur Taylor, labourer, of Westland, the hearing of which commenced on Wednesday before Mr. Justice Reed.

His Honour deferred giving a decree until the production of a certificate of marriage. .
