General Goering's paper, "National Zeitung," gives the first bint that Italy is making concessions to Germany, and says: "Possible concessions are exclusively an affair between Italy and Germany, and are nbbody else's busi« ness. Mr. Anthony Eden will have to put up with the Berlin-Rome axis."
