"Pertinax," in the "Echo de Paris* says that, according to information from Germany, Herr Hitler is about ia declare that he will no longer recognise the validity of Articles 119 to 127 of the Versailles Treaty, under which overseas territories were transferred to victorious Powers.

He will contest also the validity of colonial mandates granted the League.
