LIBEL ALLEGED
Mp. 0. F. NELSON SUIT AGAINST MONTHLY PAPER (Received October 20, 10.45 a.m.) APIA, October 19.. Mr. O. F. Nelson has obtained a writ foi< alleged defamatory libel contained in an article in the August issue of the "Pacific Islands Monthly" against Gurau, the Samoan correspondent. The hearing will take place on November 7 before Chief Judge Morling.
