SEVERE FROSTS
CROPS SUFFER (By Telegraph.) (Special to the "Evening Pest.") DUNEDIN, This Day. . The damage to potato crops by late frosts is not confined to the north. Gardenqrs in and around Dunedin have also suffered through frost. Losses are fairly heavy and the good work of weeks has all gone for nothing. Never before have such severe frosts from the gardeners' point of view, been experienced in mid-October.
