A new light, apparently, is thrown by the official Soviet Press Service on the private life of M. Stalin. The Soviet dictator has had the reputation of being retiring in the extreme and not at all good in company. Perhaps with a view to developing and capitalising—if one may .employ the term the dictator's social asserts, a new Stalin legend appears to be in process of manufacture.
