ITALIAN CULTURAL CLUB.

The Italian Cultural Club held its lortnightly meeting in the Lyceum Clubrooms last week. After Professor. E. J. Boyd-Wilson had concluded his instruction to the students in the Italian language, the programme was left in the hands of Miss C Smythson, and was devoted to the production of an Italian comedy in three acts entitled "La Maschera e il volto," by Luigi Chiarelli. The cast was as follows: —Conte Paolo Grazin, Professor Boyd-Wilson; Luciano Spina, Dr Keys; Cirillo Zanotti (Dr. Carbery); Marco Miliotti, Mr. Burch; Savina Grazia. Miss C. Smythson; Marta Setta. Mine. E. Finlayson; Elisa Zanotti, Miss F. Huntington; Wanda Sereni, Miss E. Pharazyn; Andrea. Mr. Harrison; and Teresa. Miss Smythson. "Giovinezza" and 'God Save the King" concluded the entertainment. Supper was served.
