PROBATION ALLOWED
Remanded for sentence on a charge of the theft of £8, Gordon Leslie Edwards, a labourer, aged 17, wns admitted to probation for 12 months by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. Edwards is to reside at some place outside Of Wellington approved by the probation officer and is to refund the sum of £3 at a rate fixed by the probation officer.
