CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER

CHICAGO, September 18.

Alfred Vivent, aged 34, a mechanic, admitted connecting live wires to the window-screens and door-handles of a motor-trailer parked in a backyard. He was arrested on a charge of manslaughter following the electrocution of a boy aged five who was playing around the trailer.
