On Saturday afternoon at the Manor Park links an 18-hole. stableford competition resulted in a win for O. Evans (17), who scored 37 points. Yesterday morning . E. W. Brockett (8) won the senior bogey competition with a card 1 ■ up.' ■ followed by D. Woon (6), all square. In the intermediate section J. L. Barnard (12), was the winner with 1 down, followed by,D. Low (12), 2'down. J. Burns (14"> won .on a count back from J. V. T. Baker (17), both- cards being all square.
Yesterday afternoon Mrs. H. .J Smith (19) and W. D. Cook (7) won the mixed four-ball bogey competition for the Teri-aplane Trophy, with a good card, 6up on bogey. The run-ners-up in this event were Miss Murphy andj. Ogilvie. who were 5 up, followed by Miss Walker and A. Radford and Miss K. Walker and J. Hennessey, both pairs being 4 up. An-additional stableford bogey competition was played, in the afternoon, the winners being:—Senior, E. W. Birkett (8). 38 points; intermediate, L Fitt (11), 36 points; and junior, L. Barrow -H4), 34 points. !
