MONUMENT & SCHOLARSHIPS
(Received September 17, 11.25 a.m.) ROME, September 16. The Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, has ordered a monument to the late Marchese Marconi to be built in Rome and also a. fund to be established for scholarships for boys studying radio j and to help needy wireless telegraphists.
