HONOURS FOR EARL BALDWIN
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 15. Lord Baldwin of Bewdley, before leaving Aix-les-Bains yesterday to continue his holiday in Switzerland, was presented with the freedom of that city. Arrangements are now complete for the ceremony on November 5, when Earl Baldwin will be presented with an address by the City of London. An illuminated copy of the address en-1 closed in a gold casket will be form-! ally handed to Earl Baldwin. j
