ANTWERP, September 6.

An officer appropriately named Bearpark is taking over the' Sherard Osborne during Captain McLure's absence in London. The crew nonchalantly departed under the supervision of two policemen armed with revolvers and truncheons. They were taken by motor-bus to the Harwich steamer. Onlookers were disappointed at tha lack of further incidents, which included the throwing overboard of unpopular sailors and dunnage. The crew after lunch scattered soup and food all over the forecastle.. Mr: "W. Gore Graham left the snip without informing the captain. He intends to fly to London after being' 'paid off tomorrow.
