Samuel Ollereushaw was fined 15s and costs for driving over the Petone crossing when the line was not clear. Robert Irvine Owens was convicted and ordered to pay costs for failing to obtain a warrant of fitness, and was fined 10s and costs' for failing to produce his licence. For driving a motor-car on Lambton Quay in a manner that might have been dangerous, Ronald Sydney Churcher was fined £2 and costs, and his licence was suspended for two months. -
