Decision has been reserved by Mr. Justice Smith in the Wanganui action involving the sale for £105 000 of the property at Kakatahi of T. O Neill and Sons. ~ i. fl Clifford Ulric Plimmer sought rectification of contract and specific performance against Timothy O'Neill, Francis Joseph O'Neill, and John O'Neill.Mr. H. F. O'Leary, K.C., with him Mr. H. E. Evans, appeared ' for the plaintiff; Mr. P. B. Cooke, K.C., -witli him Mr. A. M. Ongley (Palmerston North), for Timothy O'Neill; and Mr. A.B. Wilson (Wanganui) for F. J.and J. O'Neill. *
