(Received August 27, 2.30 p.m.) SANTANDER, August 26. Not a shot was fired as the insur* gent troops,; preceded -by • bailey marched into the city.' Thousands'oi militiamen who a few hours previously had been fighting in the Government ranks lined the streets,- giving-th* nationalist salute. Many ol them still carried their rifles and revolvers. Trams were abandoned, and ai hotels, shops, ana cafes were closed.
