Leaving Wellinfton. A very pleasant party was given yesterday afternoon at the D.I.C. for Miss Erica Matthews;, who is leaving Wellington for Auckland. The hostess was Mrs. James Stokes, and her guests were Mrs. PR. Webb, Mrs. Lan Matheson, Mrs. A. G. Harper, Mrs: A. B. Croker, Miss Queenie Hind, and Miss Joye Sutherland. Farewell Party. The residents of Glenside assembled at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Pilbrow to say "good-bye" to Mrs. Percy Davis, who is leaving to make her home in Hamilton. The evening was spent with music, cards, and competitions, and during supper Mr. Pilbrow presented Mrs. Davis with.' a handsome gift, with the good wishes of all present. Mrs. Davis replied suitably.
