The Marketing Department advi\\es the Dairy Board that the London market for New Zealand salt buttey on Friday at close of business for mi! week was quiet, at 115s to 116s pcrx cwt, against 119s to 120s last week.* Unsalted is 116s to 118s. . \ New Zealand butter has been in-/ creased to Is 3d per lb retail. Danish \ is selling at the same price. Wholesale prices of butters other than New Zealand' are Australian salted 114s to 115s arid unsalted 115s to 116s; Danish (spot), 1245, as the previous week; Siberian, 110s; Polish '(salt), 106s to 109s, and (unsalted) 107s to 109s; Dutch (unsalted), 108s to 112s; Irish cre,amery is quoted-117s to 118s. The New Zealand cheese market is quiet at 69s 6d to 70s for white.and 67s 6d to 68s for coloured. The previous week New Zealand white was selling at 73s 6d to 745.
