PRISONERS SENTENCED

GISBORNE, This Day,
In the Supreme Court this morning Mr. Justice Reed sentenced prisoners as follows: —Pani Aupouri, carnal knowledge, one month's imprisonment; Albert David Agnew, breaking and entering with intent to commit theft, two years' probation Raymond Heath Johnston, fraudulently stating that he had posted a letter, ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within twelve months and fined £10.
