INFANTILE PARALYSIS CASE

WHANGAREI, August 10.

A suspected positive case of infantile paralysis was admitted to the Whangarei Hospital today, the patient being a boy aged four and a half years. A preliminary diagnosis shows that the. paralysis is present in one leg. This is the first suspected case that has occurred in the north for over two montha.
