OBITUARY

MES. ANN CAMFJJEIX..

The death occurred on Thursday, July 22, at Port Chalmers, of Mrs, Ann Campbell, at the advanced age of 94 years. Mrs. Campbell was bern at Ardmarnock, Argyllshire, Scotland, and with her husband, Mr. John Campbell, and their two eldest children, came out to New in the ship Otago in the year 1873, settling at Port Chalmers, where she resided until her death. Mrs. Campbell's husband predeceased her 37 years ago. Mrs. Campbell leaves a family of four sons and four daughters —Messrs. J. Campbell (Napier), P. Campbell (Dunedin), C. Campbell (Auckland), A. Campbell (Port Chalmers), md Mesdames Braashaw (Wellington), Lilburn (Auckland), Cowie (Patea), .and Miss R. Campbell (Port Chalmers), also 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
