SYDNEY RUGBY TEST

RELIANCE ON SPEED

AUSTRALIA V. SPRINGBOKS

SYDNEY, July IS.

"Fanie" Louw is not likely to bt able to play in tomorrow's Test. It i 3 expected that' White and Craven will be omitted from the Springbok backline, which then will be: de Villiers, Van der Vyver, Hofmeyr, Babrow, Turneiv Williams, Brand. The weather at present is fine and mild, but is not expected to hold out tomorrow. The ground is in splendid condition and there is the greatest interest in the match.

The Australians are to make a supreme effort to win, and intend to rely on speed. The South Africans will be content to play the Australians at their own game. The referee will be Mr. A. L. Irving. The Springboks sail tomorrow night for New Zealand.
