A'handsome cup has been presented by the secretary and assistant secretary of the Christchurch Miniature Rifle Association for annual competition between - teams - representing the Christchurch and Wellington ladies, the engraving on the cup being- "Wellington-Ch'rist-church Ladies' Miniature Kifle. Challenge "Cup." The Christchurch ladies are the first holders of the cup, as they defeated the Wellington ladies by 7 points, the scores being 676 against 669.
