THIEVES IN COUNTRY STORE'

THAMES, This Day.
Thieves broke, into a -Kerepehi store owned-by Mr. A. P. Innes some time last evening or this morning. They used explosive on the. safe and ■ stole over £30. Entrance was gained through a side window. Sacks of chaff were used to deaden the sound of the explosion,l which wrecked the1 small safe and. office. It is, understood that a nearby resident, going home late saw a car parked near, the shop. The police are.investigating. ■ •'
