The German Minister of Defence, Marshal yon Blomberg, arrived and was met by the Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, the Foreign Minister, Count Ciano, and high military officers. Although the visit was planned before the recent events in Spain, it is believed that the incidents will form the most urgent subject of the discussiona, which will begin immediately.
