BURGLARY CHARGE
YOUNG MAN REMANDED
Charged with breaking and entering by night on November 10, 1936,,. the dwelling at Khandallah, of Robert Gibbons, and with committing theft therein, John Leonard Weeks, plasterer, aged 26, appeared before Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. : . . '
Detective-Sergeant P.. Doyle said that the accused ,was arrested late'last night by Detective Reid and a' constable. There would be in all probability at least one other charge.
A remand- until June 16 was granted, and bail was fixed at £50, with one surety of that amount. , '
