HUTT POULTRY SHOW

The Hutt Valley Poultry, Pigeon, and Cage Bird Society's annual show, which is being held in the Horticultural Hall, Lower Hutt, today and '• tomorrow, is one of the largest in New Zealand. The entries in the poultry section are equal to those of last year, although due to the earliness of the show and the fact that the birds are still moulting, the- older birds are not as prominent as last year. , Entries in the bantam class are double those of last year. In the pigeon class the entries are not as good as last year's, but this is more than compensated for by the very large entries of cage birds, (canaries, finches, budgerigars, etc.). . ■ '
