RUGBY, May 19.
Field-Marshal yon Blomberg, German War Minister, and head of the German delegation to the Coronation, paid a visit to the Royal Air Force station at Andover today. The FieldMarshal and his party were met by Air Chief-Marshal Sir John M. Steel, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Bomber Command.
Afterwards, in an interview, Field-. Marshal Blomberg said he had been greatly honoured to come to the Coronation. He wai impressed by the very cordial 'way he had been received by statesmen and people of high position in Great Britain. He had no doubt .that important people in Germany would be interested to hear of his favourable impressions of the cordiality with which he had been received. He would take back? to. Germany the very best of impressions. The party afterwards drove to Winchester to .visit the Cathedral en route to attend 'the liaval review.
