DIVORCE SUIT FA4LS
After a retirement of nearly two hours a jury of twelve in the Supreme Court late yesterday , afternoon found that the adultery alleged in a divorce petition had not been proved and the petition was dismissed. Mr.'. Justice Smith presided. The petitioner was Victor Norman Olaf Christopherson, master butcher. (Mr. S. G. Stephenson), the respondent Ada Evelyn Christopherson (Mr. T. P. McCarthy), and the co-respondent William Henry Cowley, a cartage contractor (Mr. R. Hardie Boys). r '
