(Received May 19, 9 a.m.)

COLOMBO, May 18.

The Supreme Court has declared illegal the order for the expulsion of Mark Bracegirdle, who has been released!

Bracegirdle, a tea plantation migrant from Australia, was ordered to leave Ceylon within twenty-four hours owing to his activities in connection with a local social party led by an Indian woman.
