SYDNEY, May 18. "I cannot regard the matter as trivial," said a Magistrate in fining a business man £20 for kissing his typist. A constable gave evidence that the girl complained that her employer had kissed her. The defendant denied this, whereupon the constable directed attention to something like lipstick on his upper lip. . ■'
