Van Dyke, and Producer Hunt Stromberg-r-have again turned their talents to a giant enterprise, the production for Metro-Gold-wyn-Mayer of the classic light opera "Hose Marie,'' now showing at the Majestic Theatre.- One of the most successful theatrical properties extant, ,"Rose Marie" is known the world over. -It was first produced in New York in 1924, running two ■ years. The picture was filmed almost entirely out of doors, in the gorgeous mountain-lake settings of the Sierra Nevadas. Such worldfamed song's as "The Indian Love Call," "Rose Marie, J? Love- You," "Song of the Mounties,' "'Pardon' Me, Madame," and-others are sung by the romanticstellar-' team against the majesty .of glimmering lakes, . tall pines, and superb mountain' vistas. The Totem Pole number, alone will set a new high spot in photographic beauty and screen entertainment..
