In the Supreme Court today before Mr. Justice Kennedy the case was continued in which Bernard Walter Trcmaine was charged that, while intoxicated in charge of a motor-car and by an act of omission in relation thereto, he caused bodily injury, and also with negligently driving so as to cause injury.
