(Special to the "Evening Post.") DUNEDIN, This Day. The Dunedin Jockey Club has decided to give the following stakes for coming classic races:—McLean Stakes, £300; Champagne Stakes, £350; Dunedin Guineas, £350. Entries will close on June 11. Regarding, the 7.7 minimum, the Dunedin Club favours this scale, and considers that should it be approved the apprentice allowance should be allowed on the minimum weight in all races.
