WOMEN'S STUDY CIRCLE
The Women's Study Circle entered on its sixteenth year of existence on
May '4. There is one rule in this circle which.has proved a golden^ one, and that is tlia.t no one is allowed to hold a particular office for more than two years. The result has been most satisfactory, for every' member has made good when elected. In fact, throughout the fifteen years the circle has been in existence there has not been one failure. The members feel they are potential officers, and if .one is ill or unable to continue her duties there is immediately another quite capable of, taking her place. This tends to make, every member taKe a keener, interest in her circle. Mrs. MacGlashen Smith and Mrs. Graham were elected respectively as corresponding and minute secretaries. The other office-bearers are Mrs. Lineker (president), Mrs. Bosher (vice-presi-dent), and Mrs. Marr (treasurer). The meeting closed, with a hearty vote of thanks to the retiring officers, Mrs. Clay and Mrs. Chapman. :
