It is now devoted to the art of ivorking in iron, bronze,1 and copper. The metal wrought by the hands of these expert metal ■workers now shows its curves and traceries in St. Paul's Cathedral, York Minster, Windsor Castle^ Westminster Cathedral, Buckfdsl Abbey, and a hundred other great churches and public buildings of Britain. .
