VTOTIUE is Hereby giveu that at a -^ Special Aleetiug of the liutt Park Committee held on the 21st day of April, 1937, it was resolved by way of Special Urder,, that the Hutt Park Committee make a Bylaw, the object and purport whereof is as follows:— "To set out the conditions which will constitute an offence by persons using the Hutt Park, including the Golf Course and Motor Camp, and the penalty for any such offence." And notice is turthet given that the said Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Hutt Park Committee to be held in the Council Chambers, Municipal Buildings, Petone, on the 10th day of May, 1937, at 8 p.m., at which meeting the day of the Bylaw coming into force will be fixed. A copy of the said Special Order and Bylaw wil' be deposited at the Offices of the Petone Borough Council, Petone; Lower Hutt Borough Council.
